  • In case of late delivery, we will refund you the shipping costs
  • In case of damaged goods, we will deliver a new product or refund your money
  • In case of failed delivery, we arrange re-delivery / transfer to another address

What happens if:

  • You don't pick up or take over the ordered goods?

If you don't cancell your order in advance we will create it for you. Since our products are fresh we cannot sell them to someone else, because they would go wrong. You will be charged 50% of the order value according to the terms and conditions.

  • The driver fails to deliver your order?

Our drivers are very skilled and can handle delivery to work, home, hospital, restaurant, park, etc. In case that they fail to deliver your order, e.g. because the birthday boy is not at home, does not pick up the phone or does not answer the bell and there are no helpful neighbors nearby, the driver or customer support will contact you and you will agree on the next procedure together. We can deliver the bouquet somewhere else, to someone else, or deliver it again on another day to the same address. We do not charge for moving to another address within the same city. Redelivery on a different day is charged as a new payment of the shipping fee. If you would like a new - fresh product upon redelivery the next day, we will give you a 50% discount on it.

  • You receive damaged/non-conforming goods?

In the event that an exceptional situation occurs and the bouquet brought to you by the driver is broken or does not match the goods you ordered, inform the courier as soon as the goods are delivered or call our customer service line as soon as possible. We will invite you to send a photo and we will immediately deliver new goods, or we will agree on another solution.

Claims conditions

Frutiko team makes every effort to fulfill your high demands for a luxurious gift for your loved ones. In case that you are not satisfied with the quality of the product or the service, or you receive by mistake different product or a part of the order is missing, do not hesitate to contact us.

If the product does not match the quality/size/contents of the ordered bouquet, please tell this immediately when taking over the order at the establishment or to the courier upon delivery. If you learn it later, please contact us immediately by phone or email. We will ask you to send us a photo. Based on your complaint, we will agree on a remedy in the form of a bouquet exchange or other compensation.
