If the product does not match the quality / size / content of the ordered bouquet, please communicate this immediately upon receipt of the order on the premises or to the courier upon delivery. Subsequent claims are accepted up to two hours from the delivery and the claimed product must be photographed or returned. On the basis of your complaint, we will contact you and arrange correction in form of the exchange of the bouquet or other compensation.
