How much in advance shall I order the flowers ?
Fruit bouquets and chocolates can be ordered in advance or on the day of delivery. Fruit bouquet will be delivered in 3 hours from your order in Prague and Brno! Orders with delivery in Prague and Brno can also be ordered on the day of delivery required. Orders for Prague on the same day we receive before until 14:30 weekends and holidays can be ordered to until 12:00 on the same day. Brno can be ordered on the same day until 14:00. Orders for delivery to other cities in the Czech Republic must be completed at least one day in advance before 12:00 . For orders as corporate gifts in larger quantities and orders during the holidays such as Christmas, Valentine, Mother's Day, Easter decoration and more , we recommend ordering in an advance.
What are your delivery rules for flowers and choco-boxes?
Flowers delivery to Prague from monday to friday as an economic deliery between 9:00-13:00or 13:00-17:00 for the price of 149 CZK. If you want to deliver flowers at a specific time, select this option during the order surcharge 199 CZK. Delivery bouquet is possible in just a few hours after ordering! We also offer service throughout the Central Region for 249 CZK.
Brno Economic shipments around Brno take place between 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the special price of 149 CZK. Delivery of flowers in Brno at the selected time is charged 199 CZK. Personal pick flowers in the city center at a branch Frutiko, Cejl 105 during opening hours Mon-Fri 9:00 to 4:00 p.m. is free.
Other cities in Czech Republic Cake bouquets and fruit chocolates Frutiko deliver to any address throughout the country from the price of CZK 199. The order must be completed at least one day in advance until 12:00, and delivery takes place on weekdays between 8:00 to 5:00 p.m.. .

How can I use food vouchers and gift vouchers ?
We accept vouchers , food coupons Sodexo and Chéque Déjeuner, gift coupons CADHOC. You can use them when paying cash on pick up your bouquets from Frutiko. it is possible to use up to 5 vouchers / meal vouchers worth a total of up to max. 500 Kč. When ordering online , select cash payment and as a delivery method choose pick up

How can I track the status of my order?
Sign up and you can see your order status in the user section .All customers will receive the order completion email confirming receipt of your order. Check that the information provided in the confirmation email are correct. We will confirm your order via email. How can I cancel or change my order?
If you ordered in advance you can cancel or change your order latest 24 hours before the delivery. Otherwise no cancellation or changes are accepted.
How long will the fruit bouquets and choco-fruit boxes last? ?
Our fruit flowers are made of fresh fruits and fruits in chocolate. We recommend that you enjoy your fruit bouquet immediately after delivery. If that’s not possible, you should keep the original wrapping, and refrigerate immediately upon receipt. Once flower has been removed from the original wrapping, you should remove the fruit from the skewers, store it in an airtight container, and refrigerate immediately. Our chocolate dipped fruit should be consumed immediately. If that’s not possible,you should keep the original packaging, refrigerate immediately upon receipt, and enjoy within 24 hours of receipt.
What does your product contain? ?
Fruit bouquets and chocolates are made from fresh fruit and fruit dipped in chocolate. Therefore, we recommend bouquets and chocolates consumed immediately after delivery. Bouquet containing a variety of fruits , white , and dark chocolate , ceramic pot, skewers and base is which stabilized from fruit pieces with salad. All fruit is edible and ready for immediate consumption. Salad is contact with the base so it is not edible. Flowers are wrapped in foil and tied with a ribbon. We are adding your personal message on foil. Our flowers include skewers. Please pay the usual attention for avoiding potential health risks. We recommend keeping away from small children.
Fruit chocolates contain fruit dipped in chocolate box , decorative ribbons and greeting cards . Some of our arrangements and boxes of dipped fruit contain crushed almonds and nuts, so there are nut products in our preparation areas. We cannot guarantee that a gift will not have come in contact with nuts or nut oil. All edible bouquets may contain or come in contact with items that contain milk products. Our chocolate is manufactured in facilities that may also manufacture gluten-based products so if you have gluten or nut allergy please take the necessary precautions. Will I receive the same bouquet as on website?
We try our best to prepare our products to match the photos you see on our website. However, it may happen that the bouquet will vary , and will include other fruits due to seasonal closures and the containers shown in the photos are subject to availability and may be substituted at any time without notice.

We have a wide variety of fresh fruit arrangements and dipped fruit to choose from, with a multitude of options for different fruit, chocolate, and topping combinations. If you desire a special fruit bouquets according to your own desires, please contact us and we will try to fulfill your desires and create a bouquet according to your wish. Which fruit do you use for fruit flowers and chocofruit boxes ?
You can choose from a wide variety of fruit flowers and chocofruit boxes, which consist of different kinds of fruit. Our Frutiko fruit flowers are mostly made of strawberries, pineapple, grapes, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, orange, kiwi, apple and banana. Choco-fruit boxes are mostly made of bananas, strawberries and apples dipped in white and dark chocolate, decorated with nuts, coconut and cinnamon.
