This delicious and beautiful creamy naked cake covered with chocolate is made from mascarpone cream and sponge cake and is filled with sea buckthorn pulp and orange chocolate mousse. The sea buckthorn pulp is 100% raw mixed frozen sea buckthorn berries. The seaberry pulp is used to make sea buckthorn oil, juice, tea, jam, puree or desserts and pies. It is very healthy and nutritious and has very positive effects on our health and immunity as it contains large amount of vitamin C, vitamin A and other vitamins. This superfood has great health benefits not only for our immune system but also our skin, liver and heart and helps to protect against diabetes.
Preparing our new sea buckthorn cake, we were seeking for the best flavour combination with sea buckthorn. The sour taste of sea buckthorn perfectly matches with our special Belgian chocolate with orange flavour. The chocolate mousse inside this dessert has also orange flavour. The naked creamy cake has orange chocolate topping decorated with exotic fruit such as physalis, figs and currant. We deliver cakes in Prague, Brno and whole Czechia in special cooling thermobox fresh, chilled and intact.

How long will baked products last?
Cakes, cupcakes, cake bouquets and other desserts are recommended to be consumed as soon as possible, ideally immediately after delivery or within 24 hours. Final products are prepared fresh just before delivery, while cake shells and the dough are baked one day in advance. Keep products that contain cream in the fridge, cake bouquets without cream can be stored in a cool place. The maximum product life is 48 hours, after this time the cream may start to spoil and the sponge may start to harden.
How do you deliver products?
All products are transported around Prague and the Central Bohemia region by our drivers in refrigerated trucks. To other cities of the Czech Republic they are delivered by Messenger courier service in thermoboxes with dry ice and coolers.
How much in advance shall I order cake?
You need to place an order for cake at least three days before delivery but we recommend to order more days in advance.
