The best cake with fresh strawberries, mascarpone and Belgian chocolate cream and Lotus biscuits will delight both children and adults as a birthday cake. This popular strawberry cake is decorated with strawberries on the top of the cake, but fresh strawberries are also hidden inside the cake and in addition to sliced fresh strawberries, you will also find strawberry pulp in the cake - strawberry puree from blended strawberries. Luxurious caramel Lotus cookies surround the cake all around. Our strawberry lotus cake is better than the caramel lotus cake or the no-bake lotus cake - both are quite sweet. Our fruit cake with fresh strawberries is decorated with Lotuses only on the sides, inside you will find lots of fruit - fresh strawberries and strawberry puree, as well as a light cream of mascarpone, whipped cream and chocolate.
Our strawberry cake recipe contains only quality ingredients - strawberries, light sponge cake, mascarpone cream, whipped cream and chocolate and lotus cookies - nothing more, nothing less. We don't normally put gelatine on strawberries - there's no need for it as our strawberries are completely fresh, beautifully red and sweet. However, if you would like a cake with strawberry jelly, we will prepare it for you. We can also bake you a strawberry cake that is gluten-free, vegan, raw or takes into account other special requirements and allergies. We will deliver the cake throughout Prague, Brno and the whole Czech Republic.

How long will baked products last?
Cakes, cupcakes, cake bouquets and other desserts are recommended to be consumed as soon as possible, ideally immediately after delivery or within 24 hours. Final products are prepared fresh just before delivery, while cake shells and the dough are baked one day in advance. Keep products that contain cream in the fridge, cake bouquets without cream can be stored in a cool place. The maximum product life is 48 hours, after this time the cream may start to spoil and the sponge may start to harden.
How do you deliver products?
All products are transported around Prague and the Central Bohemia region by our drivers in refrigerated trucks. To other cities of the Czech Republic they are delivered by Messenger courier service in thermoboxes with dry ice and coolers.
How much in advance shall I order cake?
You need to place an order for cake at least three days before delivery but we recommend to order more days in advance.
