Barbie doll is a favorite toy of every little girl but also teenage girls and the movie Barbie made her popularity even stronger. That's why our Barbie doll cake made of edible print on edible paper is one of the most popular cakes for young girls. This cake is the perfect birthday gift for girls. In terms of flavours, you can choose between a light sponge cake, a cocoa-chocolate cake or a soft red velvet cake. The cream for the Barbie cake is most often made of mascarpone, whipped cream and Belgian chocolate, but you can also choose chocolate, cottage cheese or sour-cream cream. We put fresh fruit and fruit pulp inside the cake and decorate the top of the cake with chocolate and sprinkles.

Our Barbie cake recipe contains only high-quality, light ingredients - mascarpone, cottage cheese or sour cream, plus whipped cream and Belgian chocolate. A light sponge cake batter softened with fruit juice and a fruit crumble made from fresh blended fruit. The cake is covered with cream, decorated with dripping chocolate of your chosen colour (it can be pink, purple, lilac or any other colour) and decorated with macaroons, sugar meringues, sprinkles and cream loaves.

How long will baked products last?
Cakes, cupcakes, cake bouquets and other desserts are recommended to be consumed as soon as possible, ideally immediately after delivery or within 24 hours. Final products are prepared fresh just before delivery, while cake shells and the dough are baked one day in advance. Keep products that contain cream in the fridge, cake bouquets without cream can be stored in a cool place. The maximum product life is 48 hours, after this time the cream may start to spoil and the sponge may start to harden.
How do you deliver products?
All products are transported around Prague and the Central Bohemia region by our drivers in refrigerated trucks. To other cities of the Czech Republic they are delivered by Messenger courier service in thermoboxes with dry ice and coolers.
How much in advance shall I order cake?
You need to place an order for cake at least three days before delivery but we recommend to order more days in advance.
